Car Alchemist charges flat shipping rates per ship-to address. The flat rates correspond to delivery method. Rates (incl. GST) are as follows:

For customers in Australia, all orders exceeding a value of AUD $75 are offered Free Shipping. For customers in New Zealand, all orders exceeding a value of AUD $100 are offered Free Shipping.
Please note no delivery can be picked up from warehouse.

Please note that our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Sydney, Australia. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 – 2 working days. During sale periods, orders may take an extra 2-3 business days to process.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number and your tracking number, if provided.

Billing address different from shipping address
During the checkout process you can choose a different address from your billing address. Please note that this option is only valid for addresses within the same country.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number to track your order online. Tracking information is updated by our carrier with your tracking information.
Delivery costs for outside of Australia do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian Export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a ‘gift’ for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

If you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address) we can only do so prior to your item(s) being shipped. For any order changes, please either contact us on messenger (Monday to Friday AEST 9:00am – 6:00pm) or email to email@example.com .
In the event you have received goods that you did not order or an item is missing from your order but has been invoiced, please contact us on messenger (Monday to Friday AEST 9:00am – 6:00pm) or email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct the order and organize the return or replacement. We will cover any costs associated with returning or replacing incorrect order item.
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you will never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us on messenger (Monday to Friday AEST 9:00am – 6:00pm) or email to email@example.com. If available, you can request a replacement or refund for the product. There will be no charge to return a faulty item.
